*Large Exhale* It has been an incredible journey these last few years. From starting with our first iteration of product on Etsy, to getting into our first local brick-and-mortar, all the way to not only launching on Amazon but dominating the fish jerky category for many months. We’ve helped expose thousands of people worldwide to not only the concept of fish jerky, but how it can be crafted with extremely attractive and unique flavors while being healthy for you.

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting and creating memories with hundreds of amazing people including suppliers, customers, mentors, contractors and peers on the same entrepreneurial path. Lauren and I never fathomed starting our own company until we saw that we had an opportunity to make a difference. We also never imagined the impact that opportunity would have on our lives and we are forever grateful. We’ve won numerous local and international awards, made it into a national grocery chain, sold to customers in over 20 different countries, and partnered with an MLS Soccer Team (FC Dallas). It has been four fun-filled years but we now have a different path forward to continue making a difference (more to come on that later).

The Good Jerky has officially produced our last batch of jerky. Our partners will continue selling our product while supplies last so grab them while you can.
